LinkExchange for WordPress was created by Patrick Wagner from MassiveTraffic.com, Patrick shifted his content management solution sites to WordPress due to ease of use and better security then other CMS out there.

Patrick started browsing online in 1996 and has been mastering online marketing solutions and tools ever since. Link Exchange has always been a corner stone in the development of any good website. When Patrick started searching for a quality link exchange software that was designed to increase the # of link exchange you will get rather then all sorts of other types of link exchange that are available for WordPress sites. The one that was closest to what most user needed had many bugs and an author that no longer had time to update a limited plugin.

That’s where Patrick finally decided to create the first Link Exchange plugin for WordPress with multiple styles of link exchanges to run. Also the most important detail to Patrick was that all url and link listing needed to have proper SEO’d URL for search engines to crawl your link exchange properly and proper SEO traffic because of it.
